Description:

SN2530S is 30% active chain extender masterbatch containing epoxy  functional additive in polystyrene resin. By addition of SN2530S into  polycondensation resins which are easy to be degraded due to process heat and  moisture, It will improve physical properties and viscosity by reversing the  molecular weight  either in recycled ,  scrap or virgin resins .

Process Guide:

Dried to moisture level lower than 200 ppm is recommended. The pellets  can be used in compounding or plastic part fabrication process with a dosage  of  0.5%-4% depending on process  ,application and desired effects.
